Monday
In for BU practice. Completely blows; probably due to the 36kg cleans day before. That thing is big and ugly and if it does not make the 32 feel light (yet) it makes the 24 look and feel puny. Except when it's two of them bottoms up, then suddenly the 24's are a bitch. No hip speed and shut it down before I'm crippled.

Late in afternoon yoga with the lovely AR. Good slow class. Slow does not mean easy.

Tuesday
In office to write stupid brief. Dog has been getting up in the middle of the night and I am rocky. Kids are getting anxious about school starting; can we please just maintain the effort all the way through ?

Very little rest, 89 24s straight.

Wednesday
In early for BU fool around. Body feels jacked up from swings. One hour MH class, all hamstrings, much better.

Thursday
Long Farmers walk getting bells to car. Brain sucking conference call until 8:30. No joy.

Friday
In early for BU. Better, do not overdo hip snap or grip, let em float in at top then squeeze. Better.
Good Pradeep class.

Saturday, nothing but work.

Sunday
Into City for Shockwave class with Brigid, then shopping in the Haight. Great lunch and then to CT where once again I am only guy. Big sweaty corner troll.
But great great class.

Monday
Planned on yoga, never happened. Could not get off phone. Partner announces he is leaving and insta-frenzy. Stop mewing and suck it up. This is an opportunity.

Tuesday
Very long day dragging client over finish line. Well, not over but close.
Up to CT for small group fun. Tgu and presses, 200 swing smoker at end.

Wednesday
In for bu foolaround. Case all over front page, sigh. Organize that and play special master all day. Nowhere, doing nothing. Nothing late. Daughter makes outstanding soup.

Thursday
Blow out like this after dragging people across the finish line or at least clearing away the underbrush so they can see that it is much closer than they thought:

Friday
Plan on yoga. Start with  RKC snatch test in 4:23 with 20kg and miscellaneous double 24 work.  Not feeling it for yoga after that TBH.  Come home and eat pizza with middle son watch Rum Diary and hang. 

Case being played out in press going better than possibly considered.  No Apple v. Samsung but of local interest.  Be careful subjecting yourself to the court of public opinion; might not like what the verdict is.  Sometimes you just gotta offer a little bait, watch'em take it, sit back and watch the sparks fly.
