    Running around with Brigid, shopping.  Ian says yes, he will go see Jason Isbell & 400 Unit with me and B at GAMH.  Ok !  We head in.

    Barry walks in like he owns the place.  He wants to sit front stage right.  We head upstairs, he has none of it.  He wants to dance.  Makes a bee line for the stools side stage right, staff only.  Sec guy waives him past and Barry and I are set up for the evening with the best seats in the house.  Kasey Anderson opens.  Great set.  Good natured (almost) audience ribbing.  Check out Mercy:                                                                           Jason comes on and tears it up for two hours.  Amanda Shires is running around all over; Barry smiles his way to front and center, I lurk off to the left, 8 feet away.  Bunch of folks beaming at him and he is rocking out.  Front and center, in a crowd, completely comfortable.

      Tuesday
      One too many glasses of red watching the Raiders in one of the worst games ever played the night before.  Hit it for 16kg snatch 15/15 seven rep pace x 70, felt like shit.  Upstairs in group fit room, by the end felt beastly.                                                                                             Good day unfolds, may be very very good, TBD . . .

Fucking long day; massage. Rest day, but for the cortisol infused six hours. Dinner with Brigid, rocks.

Quick hit with the destroyer complex 3x through. Farmers Walk super set. Boom again.

Saturday
Hit gym for barbell work.  Bench, back squats, and deads on that ratty gym floor.  Bring my 24 for swings at the end and all the old guys lookin' at me funny.

Sunday
Go in looking forward to CT class on MG.  Beach time for ecstatic labrador beforehand.  Towing off she cheerfully approaches a pit, which gos for her throat.  Gets my hand and I am fucked for Kbells.  Bitch, the owner, not Rose.

Monday
90 minutes Pradeep, om om om.  Slow long class full of extended stretches.  In the steam room we are talking and he is so enthusiastic about teaching.  Loving loving loving it.  The joy of the artist.  Rubs off.
