Dog walk with first dog and second son. One of the two was joyful. She slobbers and smells like a bog; he grumbles and often smell like a bog.  Other than that they have little in common.  She is black; he is blond.  She is cheerful; he is not.  She is thrilled to see me; him, not so much.

In for yoga, long walk to Marina Green for AC, and then Kettlebells. So good.

 Pradeep at 1:00. Smoke. Wish the old dude (younger than me) would not always pick the spot beside me. You will not keep up and bending over hands on knees sucking wind is not a pose; drop to Childs for god's sake. You really think you know better ? Hah
Predictably dysfunctional dinner. I shop, cook, and eat in the dark with B and B.

Thursday
Fucking long day; massage. Rest day, but for the cortisol infused six hours. Dinner with Brigid, rocks.

Friday
Quick hit with the destroyer complex 3x through. Farmers Walk super set. Boom again.

Saturday
Hit gym for barbell work.  Bench, back squats, and deads on that ratty gym floor.  Bring my 24 for swings at the end and all the old guys lookin' at me funny.

Sunday
Go in looking forward to CT class on MG.  Beach time for ecstatic labrador beforehand.  Towing off she cheerfully approaches a pit, which gos for her throat.  Gets my hand and I am fucked for Kbells.  Bitch, the owner, not Rose.

Monday
90 minutes Pradeep, om om om.  Slow long class full of extended stretches.  In the steam room we are talking and he is so enthusiastic about teaching.  Loving loving loving it.  The joy of the artist.  Rubs off.

Slow morning and escape for Pradeep again.  Complete contrast to Monday, sweat flying fast flow.  Feel very strong, amazingly so after arm and shoulder pump the day before.  Don't wonder about it, just take it and see what tomorrow brings.
