    Friday late its Pradeep for bunches of awesome.  Get out and walk down to ballpark.  Outstanding game and good time hanging out with LD and KO.

    Saturday
    Running around with Brigid, shopping.  Ian says yes, he will go see Jason Isbell & 400 Unit with me and B at GAMH.  Ok !  We head in.

    Barry walks in like he owns the place.  He wants to sit front stage right.  We head upstairs, he has none of it.  He wants to dance.  Makes a bee line for the stools side stage right, staff only.  Sec guy waives him past and Barry and I are set up for the evening with the best seats in the house.  Kasey Anderson opens.  Great set.  Good natured (almost) audience ribbing.  Check out Mercy:                                                                           Jason comes on and tears it up for two hours.  Amanda Shires is running around all over; Barry smiles his way to front and center, I lurk off to the left, 8 feet away.  Bunch of folks beaming at him and he is rocking out.  Front and center, in a crowd, completely comfortable.

      In court.  Get  back late afternoon in time for yoga.  Wanna crush something to level up so get through destroyer complex twice.  Dripping sweat to start class and heart does not slow down to an appropriate yoga pace until 30 minutes in.  60 minute class, all good.

      Tuesday
      One too many glasses of red watching the Raiders in one of the worst games ever played the night before.  Hit it for 16kg snatch 15/15 seven rep pace x 70, felt like shit.  Upstairs in group fit room, by the end felt beastly.                                                                                             Good day unfolds, may be very very good, TBD . . .
